By purchasing from Art Weiler Rods, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

All rods offered on this website are part of the final inventory personally built by Art Weiler. Each rod has been carefully documented and described to the best of our ability.

All sales are final.
We encourage you to ask any questions and request any additional information or photographs before purchasing. Due to the nature of these items and the circumstances of this sale, returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements are not permitted.

Art Weiler was a man of his word, and his reputation for craftsmanship, honesty, and integrity is reflected in every rod he built. While we stand behind the accuracy of our descriptions, these rods are sold as-is.

Many rods offered are unfished or lightly handled; others may show minor signs consistent with careful storage or test casting. Any known condition details will be disclosed. Bamboo and traditional fly rods are precision tools and should be used, stored, and transported with appropriate care.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Rods will be securely packed in their original tube (when available) and an outer shipping container.
   
• Shipping insurance is optional and available at an additional cost.
   
• If insurance is declined, Art Weiler Rods is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during transit once the package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided.
   

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the rod is shipped. Any shipping-related claims must be handled with the carrier and, if applicable, the insurance provider.
